Join our energetic water exercise class for an hour of fun that burns calories, increases endurance, builds strength, tones your body, and improves your overall wellness!
This class is for men and women of all fitness levels. You do not need to be a swimmer to take this class. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.
WEEKDAY EVENING CLASSES
This is a drop-in program free of charge with pool membership. Classes will be held Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm (weather permitting) at Fourth St Pool.
2026 Classes will be hosted June 22 to August 15!
