lansdale frogs: Swim & dive team

Join the Lansdale Frogs for a season of fun, fitness, and friendly competition! Open to swimmers and divers of all skill levels, the team practices at White's Road Pool and participates in local meets through the Bux-Mont Swim League. This program is a great way for kids to build confidence, improve their skills, and make lifelong friends. Dive in today and be part of the Frogs tradition!

Registration on RecDesk:

Team Schedule

The program is held at White’s Road Pool and runs from late May through end of July. The practice schedule from late May through the end of the school year is held late afternoon/early evening. 

Morning practice starts once the children are out of school for the summer and runs Monday through Friday.  Practice times will be assigned by the coach and posted.

swim meets

Lansdale is a member of the Bux Mont Summer Swim/Dive League and competes against Fanny Chapman, Harleysville, Hatfield, Nor Gwyn, Pennridge, Souderton, and Towamencin.
