Conditional Use Hearing | 217 W. Main Street | Wednesday, November 19 at 7:00 pm

At the regular Business Meeting of the Lansdale Borough Council to be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7:00p.m. at Lansdale Borough Hall, One Vine Street, Lansdale, PA 19446, Council will hold a public hearing and may render a decision on a conditional use application submitted by Panicorp Properties, LLC ("Applicant") for property located at 217 W. Main Street, Lansdale, PA ("Property"). The Property is located in the B-Business District, and in the Downtown CoreOverlay District and Downtown Business Overlay District. The Applicant is requesting conditional use approval under Section 405-3402 of the Lansdale Borough Zoning Code to permit the existing building at the Property to be renovated for use as an event space with commercial kitchen on the first floor and five residential apartments on the two floors above.
