In an effort to streamline our billing services, we will be phasing out our current direct pay option through the Borough. Beginning November 1, 2025, automatic ACH payments to the Borough will no longer be accepted.
As a direct pay customer, we are contacting you in advance to allow sufficient time to update your payment method and ensure uninterrupted utility service. Failure to take action may result in your account remaining unpaid, which could lead to a lapse in service as well as the assessment of late payments and finance charges. To avoid any service disruption or additional charges, please contact Lansdale Customer Service at 215-368-1691 to update your payment information prior to November 1, 2025.
